Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Programs are a way for organisations to support their employees by promoting personal well-being and quality of human relationships in the workplace. The services are completely free to employees whose employer has a contract with Relationships Australia (WA) for EAP provision.
EAPs are designed to assist employees at all levels of an organisation to better deal with personal, family and work-related concerns which may impact on their work life and job performance.
Arrangements for all appointments are kept strictly confidential.
