This six-week group course addresses the needs of people who live with, or are partners of, someone who has depression. Topics include the meaning of the word “depression”, treatments and support, self-harm, communication and the importance of self-care for the partner. More

Healthy Boundaries also assist us to take responsibility for making better choices.This 2 evening course will discuss how to set, and maintain healthy personal boundaries and how these will allow us to be more assertive and improve our self-esteem.
